Inflatable Terms & Conditions

BBH Entertainment – Terms & Conditions


Hiring one of our Inflatables and equipment.


1. Some bouncy castles have a height limit and a maximum number of bouncers at once. Please check the castle information panel for these details. Please ensure no person over the height limit or number of bouncers is exceeded.


2. No food or drinks, face Paint’s, silly string or party poppers are to be used on or near the bouncy castle on collection if the castle is not clean as delivered then there will be a cleaning charge of £55.


3. All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before using the bouncy castle.


4. No smoking or barbeques near the bouncy castle or equipment.


5. Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed. No somersaults allowed.


6. A responsible ADULT must supervise the bouncy castle at all times.


7. Always ensure that the bouncy castle is not overcrowded and limit numbers according to the age and size of the children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time.


8. Always ensure that children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.


9. No pets, toys or sharp instruments are allowed on or near the bouncy castle.


10. If the bouncy castle is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains. This will save you electric and reduce wear on our equipment.


11. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off the equipment.


12. Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck, blood pressure or heart condition to use the bouncy castle or anyone that is feeling unwell /sick.


13. Do not allow anyone to be on the bouncy castle during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.


14. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the area to be used for the installation of the inflatable is a flat grassed clean area this must be free of any foreign objects. BBH Entertainment hold the right to refuse installation if it is deemed  unsafe to install. In the event of a failed install a Credit Note will be raised minus any delivery costs this can be used against any of our products or services up to 18 months from the date of the credit note. 


The bouncy castle should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. Castles that have a rain cover can be used in light rain or a quick shower.


15. Weather conditions 

Due to health safety there may be a need to cancel your booking either by BBH Entertainment or the Hirer. 

Wind conditions that are 20mph or wind gusts that exceed 20mph above. 


If the sun is too hot above 22 centigrade the vinyl can get too hot to use in direct sunlight. We will advise you on the day if we feel the childrens Safety is at risk.


The inflatable must not be used in rain as there is a high risk of injury, thunder & lighting.

Risk of flooding.


In the event of the inflatable being cancelled due to weather conditions by either the hirer or BBH Entertainment & risk of injury a credit note will be issued by BBH Entertainment to be used within 12 months of original hire date.


  1. Responsibility of Hirer

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring the equipment to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the equipment.

a. Please that the following safety instructions are followed .

b. NO adult should use any of the equipment this is solely for the use of the children.

c.In the case of children’s bouncy castle hirers, a responsible person over the age of 18 must supervise the equipment at ALL times.

d. The person must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 

e. Do not exceed the number of children allowed at any one time to use the inflata
